 Strong experience and understanding of OPT/H1b Transfer US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology training & Maintaining database of OPT candidates.

· Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates for online training/ Classroom Training/Marketing.

· Should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals. Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.

· Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, networks, Social Networking sites, and other sources.

· Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, EADs.

· Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hirings with effective hands-on experience on various job boards. i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.

· Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.

· Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.

· Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.

· Minimum 0.6 to 3+ years of experience.

· Should have excellent communication skills.

· Good to have understanding about the trending IT skills in the market.

· Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.

· Verification of work status.

· Good to have hands of experience in hiring of OPT, CPT, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for technical trainings and placements.

· Screening the resumes and maintain separate database and following up with the candidates.

· Ability to interact & develop Student network.

· Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.

· Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.

· Should be able to educate the consultants about the whole recruitment process.

SR.Bench Sales Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Should Submit the appropriate consultants resumes to the Direct Vendors.

· Requirement drawing from preferred vendors by mass E-Mailing the Hot-list to the vendor Database.

· Exposure in coordinating with bench consultants and understanding their skills and expertise area and getting the requirements as per their comfortability.

· Handling with Junior, middle and senior level requirements for consultants based on their experience and preferences.

· Maintaining the effective database by keeping the track records of consultants and vendors for future references.

· Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the H1B/bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time

· Marketing H1B/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements.

· Preparing the CV and suggest any modifications required.

· Broadcasting the consultants profile to Vendors on regular basis.

· Having Good knowledge of tax terms like Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W2.

· Experience on working with any job portals for searching the requirements to the consultants through DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp (Tech Fetch), and Career Builders, Indeed, Etc.

· Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partners calls and client interviews.

· Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, POs Joining and MSA.

· Keep the management in loop on clients interviews, project start dates etc.

· Coordinating with the consultant till he reports to the clients reporting manager.

· Knowledge with various visa statuses in USA such as US Citizen, Green Card Holder, H1B Visa and OPT EAD, L2-EAD, E3.

· Search for the suitable requirements to the Bench consultants and strong experience in marketing bench consultants.

· Negotiating the rates and taking rate confirmations before submitting the consultants.

· Prior Knowledge on paper work validation and Immigration documents.

· Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc.
